In his first year he sold over $1.5 million in real estate and earned over 200 hours of CE credits as well as a broad range of certifications/designations to increase his knowledge such as GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), e-PRO, MRP (Military Relocation Professional), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist), SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resources) and C2EX.
He is knowledgeable and well-connected with extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, marketing, and business development. He mentors new agents by openly sharing his experiences and encouraging and guiding students to a successful outcome. He utilizes his wealth of knowledge to make the classroom enjoyable, while stressing the facts needed to start a fresh, new career in real estate. He has very high standards in ethics and professionalism. Andy has 25 years of experience in structural engineering for residential and light commercial construction. Andy is a GAR certified CE facilitator and after discovering his passion to teach, he became a licensed pre-license instructor in GA.
