In his first year he sold over $1.5 million in real estate and earned over 200 hours of CE credits as well as a broad range of certifications/designations to increase his knowledge such as GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), e-PRO, MRP (Military Relocation Professional), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist), SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resources) and C2EX.
He is knowledgeable and well-connected with extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, marketing, and business development. He mentors new agents by openly sharing his experiences and encouraging and guiding students to a successful outcome. He has very high standards in ethics and professionalism. Andy has 25 years of experience in structural engineering for residential and light commercial construction. Andy is a GAR certified CE facilitator and after discovering his passion to teach, he became a licensed pre-license instructor in GA. He is also an associate broker licensed in both Georgia and Florida. He recent;y acquired his MLO license in multiple states.
