With classes for whatever stage of your career you’re in, Real Estate Resources Academy (RERA) has everything you need to succeed in your endeavors. One of the requirements of obtaining your real estate license is to fulfill a sales pre-license course. With a new class coming to RERA’s Suwanee campus, you can take the necessary steps to an exciting career in real estate faster than you may think.


From October 21 through December 6, you can benefit from the new Salesperson Pre-License Course being offered at RERA.  The class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m and three Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at our convenient Suwanee Campus. Approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, the Salesperson Pre-License Course covers the following topics to help you get the knowledge needed to start your career.

  • Mortgages
  • Property ownership
  • Use and transfer of property
  • Closings
  • Real estate law
  • Contracts

The class will be led by a professional, licensed real estate agent who will help ensure that students pass both the classroom exam and the state exam.


Curtis York has been successfully selling real estate since 1998. Four years later, he was approved to instruct Pre-License, Broker, and continuing education courses for others in the real estate industry. Among his many accomplishments and certifications, he is currently the Director of the York Real Estate Institute and Senior Instructor for American Real Estate University.
