The first step in getting your Real Estate license is completing our 75 hour Salesperson Pre-License course.
This class covers all the basics of ownership, transfer, use of property, real estate law, mortgage,finance and math fundamentals.
This course will provide you with the technical and practical training experience in real estate.
The state exam may be taken after successful completion of this course.
Tuition cost : $475
(Includes all course materials)
Class meets: Monday thru Thursday
Class time: 9:00-2:00 pm
Classroom days include:
Optional CRAM: August 24th
Final Exam: August 26th
*Passing grade minimum 72% on final exam.
THIS CLASS WILL BE LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AND HAVE TEMPERATURE CHECKS AT THE START OF EACH DAY.
24 Hour Cancellation Fee of $25 applies once class has been booked. Cancellation after 24 HR period of a class paid in full, $100 will be deducted from total cost of class.
No refunds after classes have begun.
Payment plans are available by calling 678.318.7949 only. Payment plans deposits are nonrefundable and must be processed prior to the start of class. Payment plan payments are only accepted at our corporate office at 1495 Buford Hwy Suite 110 Suwanee, GA 30024. In the event class is cancelled or postponed by the school and you request a refund, you will receive a full refund.
