The first step in getting your Real Estate license is completing our 75 hour Salesperson Pre-License course.
This class covers all the basics of ownership, transfer, use of property, real estate law, mortgage,finance and math fundamentals.
This course will provide you with the technical and practical training experience in real estate.
The state exam may be taken after successful completion of this course.

Class meets: Monday thru Thursday
Class time: 9:00 am-2:00 pm
Start date: Monday November 9th
The week starting November 16th class will be Monday thru Friday due to the Thanskgiving holiday in the following week. No class on November 25th thru 27th due to Thanksgiving holiday. Class resumes on Monday November 30th and will resume the Monday thru Thursday schedule.
Last day/final exam: Monday December 9th
*75 hours are required for course completion!
*Passing grade minimum 72% on final exam.
