The first step in getting your Real Estate license is completing our 75 hour Salesperson Pre-License course.
This class covers all the basics of ownership, transfer, use of property, real estate law, mortgage,finance and math fundamentals.
This course will provide you with the technical and practical training experience in real estate.
The state exam may be taken after successful completion of this course.

Class meets: Monday thru Thursday
Class time: 6:00 pm-10:00 pm
Start date: Monday October 17
Last day of class: November 17
Final Exam: Tuesday, November 22nd
*75 hours are required for course completion!
*Passing grade minimum 72% on final exam.
24 Hour Cancellation Fee of $25 applies once class has been booked. After 24 hours of registration and within 3 weeks of the first day of class, 80% of tuition will be refunded. 70% will be refunded within 2 weeks of the first day of class and 50% will be refunded within one week of the first day of class. 100% of your tuition will be refunded if the course is cancelled before the beginning of the class by the Director of Education. You also have the option to have your tuition applied to classes scheduled within the subsequent 6 months. A class paid in full must be rescheduled by student within 6 months of initial registration or additional fees will be applied. NO REFUNDS AFTER CLASS BEGINS BUT WILL ALLOW A ONE TIME RESCHEDULE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF CANCELLATION.
