The first step in getting your Real Estate license is completing our 75 hour Salesperson Pre-License course.
This class covers all the basics of ownership, transfer, use of property, real estate law, mortgage,finance and math fundamentals.
This course will provide you with the technical and practical training experience in real estate.
The state exam may be taken after successful completion of this course.

THE COMPETITIVELY PRICED TUITION FOR THIS COURSE IS: $475
Class meets: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Class time: 6:00 pm-10:00 pm
Start date: Monday July 27th
The week of August 31st, class will be Monday thru Thursday, sane time.
Last day/final exam: Tuesday September 8th
*75 hours are required for course completion!
*Passing grade minimum 72% on final exam.
