13. What happens if a student misses a day or hours of a pre-license course?
The hours for each course are a strict requirement by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and not RERA. For example, the requirement for the 75HR Sales Pre-license Course is 75 hours and for the 60HR Broker Pre-license course is 60 hours. Per GREC, if any time is missed by a student, the student must make up the time. To be specific, LATE STUDENTS must make up one (1) hour for any minute portion of an hour late. No questions asked. We understand emergencies happen but time is a requirement that must be fulfilled for these courses. Make up time comes with an hourly rate and is scheduled with your instructor.
