Join us to refresh your knowledge on the Code of Ethics!
REALTORS® are required to complete 2 1/2 hour course on ethics every three (3) year periods. New members are also required to take a 2 1/2 hour orientation on ethics upon becoming REALTORS®. All REALTORS® must complete this Code of Ethics training in order to continue their membership with their local, state and national associations. This strict code of ethics is beneficial to both the realtor and the client as it ensures that the realtor always maintains a high degree of professionalism throughout the real estate process.
Failure to complete this training is a violation of a membership duty and membership with the Association will be suspended until this course has been completed.
